May God comfort you in times of grief.
Dear Dann and JoJean, Although we didn't know Dann Jr. personally, we have heard wonderful things about what a fine human being he was from Julie and our daughter Ann. Our condolences and prayers are with you as you work your way through this terrible loss. Yours, Peggy and Lee Rahn
The world lost a great Marine. Semper Fi Sir and I'll see at heaven's gates, where I am sure you will be the OIC of the guard mount of Marines there.
The Angeloff Family, May you find comfort in Gods word at this time. God knows us better than we know ourselves, so who better to lean on at this difficult time than our creator. He is a comforter and knows how much we can bear. Isiah 61:2 judy
What an amazing man with the kindest heart! I feel blessed to have known Dann. His legacy will forever be remembered through his precious children, sweet wife and family, and his service to our country. Please know we are here with you all in prayers and spirit! Love you!
I trained at JPMorgan with Dann, his great modesty meant that he worked extremely hard yet never celebrated his achievements. He always had time for everybody else and was immensely popular. I last spoke to him as he was about to get married and he was thrilled with where his life was going, he has packed a lot into a short life but had the potential to achieve so much.
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
Wow, such an accomplished YOUNG man. I'm so sorry to hear about your loss :(
What a courageous young man you were! Thank you so much for your service to our country, Patriot! Thank you so much for all you contributed to your community, family and friends!
May you rest in peace in heaven young man! You will never be forgotten!!
Dear Angeloff Family,
I did not have the pleasure of knowing Dann, but in reading about his passing and hearing first hand from those who knew him I can see what an amazing individual and loving family man he was. My deepest condolences to you on the loss of your husband, father, son and friend. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
To the Angeloff Family,
May you find comfort in God's word during this difficult time. God knows us better than we know ourselves, so who better to rely on than our creator. He is a comforter and knows how much we can bear. Isaiah 61:1,2
To All Of the Angeloff Family - I am so sorry to read of your loss. May your heartaches be short-lived and your memories and heartsmiles of Dann Jr. last forever in each of you. Perhaps it is that he has not gone .. just "gone-on".
My Deepest Respect,
My heart goes out to Dann's family. Because I am going through a similar ordeal right now with a family member it makes it all to real. Just remember to really hold on to God's hand to walk you through, "...because he cares for you" 1 John 5:7.
Dear Angeloff's Family
I want to send you my deepest sympathy for the loss of your dear loved one. Your family is in my prayer. May you find comfort in God's Word the Bible. (2 Corth. 1:3, 4)
My deepest sympathy to the family of Dann Angeloff. While I did not know him personally, I would like to thank him for his service to this country. He was obviously a man who lived his life well.
Rest in peace Marine, you're paid in full.
The Final Salute
“Brothers in Arms”, Military men and women down through the centuries, have traditionally exchanged “Hand Salutes” as a sign of recognition and as a way to render courtesy and respect one to another.
This “Hand Salute” is the last that we shall render to Dann V. Angeloff, Jr. Short our “Brother-in-Arms”. To his family it symbolizes the love and respect that we have for Dann. And to Dann it is rendered as a symbol of honor and gratitude to thank him for the devoted and selfless service he rendered to his country while supporting combat operations in Iraq while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Dann, you are a true American patriot, who served with honor and distinction. We bid you a sad farewell. You will be dearly missed from among our ranks. Be at Ease. Rest in Peace.
On behalf of the 1,261 military veteran Legionnaires of Lowe-McFarlane Post 14 of the American Legion, I extend our sympathies and our condolences to Dann's family and loved ones.

Dann was a sincerely kind person from the moment we met in Kindergarten through our graduation from High School. What a delight it was to see him at our 20 year HS reunion and find him to be the sweet, friendly person I had remembered. My prayers are with his family.
My condolences to the Angeloff family. I was saddened to hear the news of Dann's passing. I still remember, like it was yesterday, him showing up on Dartmouth's campus our freshmen year with his visor turned backwards. He was so Cali. I never would have guessed then that he had such love of country that he'd later join the Marines. When we happened to cross paths in San Francisco several years after graduation, I thought joining the Marines was the coolest, most humble and selfless act given his background. I was truly impressed and envious. While we weren't all that close, I'm glad I got to see him one brief last time this past summer at our 20th reunion. I didn't know he was sick and he never even mentioned it. I am confident that knowing his love of family and country, courage, and fighting spirit will bring great memories and be a tremendous help in your grieving process. May God bless your family.
Sir you will be missed from all your Marines at Golf Co. You came to us with a high level of motivation and expected nothing but the best from us. I still remember how proud you were of all of us. Your signature is hanged on my wall, entrusting me to lead Marines as a Corporal. I will continue to lead today adopting the leadership traits you taught us. Thank you sir.
We were saddened to hear of your loss. Dann was so outstanding and brilliant. He was a great man! He was a blessing from God. Our thouhts and prayer are with the entire family, specially with Dann's wife, three young kids and Dann's parents.
