To her beloved family, especially her wonderful husband, Gov. Bill Milliken. Plus, to all the Republicans of today..... Read more about the Millikens, who epitomized Republican grace, ethics and high values. I know that she will be at peace - a model of wonderful acts encompassing her beliefs. What a fabulous woman! Thank you, Helen, and thank you Governor, for choosing such a fantastic partner in marriage and in life.
