Buckle, James R.
1939 - 2016
James R. Buckle, age 77, died peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Friday evening, October 14, 2016.
Jim was born on May 31, 1939 in Boulder, CO to Florence and James Buckle. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Virginia A. Figge; his five children: Jim, Teri, Jan, Allison and Bill; and his eight grandchildren: Trevor, Tanner, Kelsey, Bryan, Ashley, Lauren, Daniel and Claire.
Jim enjoyed long careers in both cross-country trucking and the beer business, but most recently enjoyed retirement in his home in Corona del Mar with his wife by his side. Jim touched the lives of all he knew with his kindness, genuine concern for others, and his warm outgoing nature. His charismatic personality and quick wit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Jim and I became very close while working in beverage industry as much younger men. Always an easy going gentleman and friend. In wishing the family some sense of serenity, knowing Jim's life was one well lived-indeed.
Well done my old beer buddy!
