Brunetto, Natalie Ann passed away on October 12, 2016, at the age of 64. She went peacefully on her own terms at her home in Mission Viejo, California surrounded by people who love her. Natalie was born in Saugus, Massachusetts and grew up in Billerica, Massachusetts where she graduated from high school in 1970. Natalie led an extraordinary life without regrets during which she accomplished everything she wanted to do. She worked as a registered nurse for more than 35 years in Lowell, Massachusetts; Nashua, New Hampshire; and Mission Viejo, California. She was a licensed flight instructor, quilter, hiker, Miata enthusiast, master of Thanksgiving dinner, and an inspiration to anyone who had the fortune to have known her. She is survived by her son, Patrick Craig; her sister, Patricia Brunetto; her brothers, Joseph (Skip) and Paul Brunetto; her niece, Allison Brunetto; nephews, Michael and Gavan Brunetto; as well as numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. There will be no funeral proceedings as she has requested private memorial services in California and New Hampshire.

I was very fond of Natalie and she was one of my dearest friends. My heartfelt sympathy to Patrick and the rest of Natalie's family. I hope you find comfort as I do in the knowledge that she is now at peace and no longer suffering from the scourge of her illness.

Patrick,
I feel very lucky to have been able to meet you and visit with you both last July in California. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. I hope each beautiful sunset across the Pacific brings wonderful memories of your mom. We are all better people for having known her. God Bless,

Natalie and I used to fly together for fun and at the start of one flight we were down in the run-up area when she mentioned that she didn't like the positioning of the push-to-talk switch on the yoke. I said, Move it. She gave me a startled look and continued with the checklist items. She mentioned it again and I again said, Move it. Again, I got a strange look. She seemed flustered and rushed through the remaining checklist items. Yes, she mentioned the switch one more time and I told her, So just move it. It is only held on by Velcro. She started to laugh. She thought I had been rudely telling her to speed up instead of just suggesting that she move the switch! It is a small thing, but the repeated look of shock on her face still makes me laugh.
To Natalie's family, please accept my condolences on her passing. I consider myself fortunate to have been one of Natalie's friends and will miss her.

So shocked. Didn't know Natalie was ill. So glad she and Patty stopped at my Dad's house in Billerica when we were having a yard sale and they got to visit my Dad. That was just before she moved to CA. This is such sad news to our family who was so close to the Brunetto's growing up. Love and Prayers to Patty, Skip, and Paul.
Will never forget Natalie getting her finger stuck in a circle on Barry's steering wheel. He had to remove the wheel to take Nat to the hospital to get it off her finger. Lots of good memories!

What can I possibly say....Natalie was not just my aunt and godmother but a great friend. She was someone who if she wasn't a relative I would still want to know. She was inspiring and probably the coolest woman I've ever known. She was truly the glue of our family, always holding the cookout and thanksgivings and made sure we were all together. Everyday I reflect on our last conversation together in which we laughed and laughed and that's the Natalie I know and love. I miss her so very much and it's hard for me but I also pray for everyone else who knew and loved her....
