Dear Dr. Parshley,

My condolences. I only met Bobbie once, but I've always remembered what a lovely, lively lady she was.
Sincerely,
Robin Sparks

My deepest and sincerest condolences to all of you Parshleys. Your mom always made me feel welcome, as an adjunct part of your family no matter the trouble I repeatedly stirred up with Lisa.

I fondly recall when, at your house, she insisted that I sit down and join your family and learn how to play Bridge. She was so patient with me despite my lack of focus and my counting-card forgetfulness.

Again at your house a few days later, your mom greeted me at the back door and pulled me aside
Out of respect for her parental authority, I was a bit nervous. Surprisingly, she shared some secret maneuvers that we, as a Bridge team could strategically play more "efffectively."Some may call this cheating, however, I will simply say that this was her way to subtly impress upon me her desire to win and pitch it to "Beginner's Luck!"

She was quite a woman, mom, and stalwart person. My thoughts are with all of you.

She will be missed.

My deepest and sincerest condolences to all of you Parshleys. Your mom always made me feel welcome, no matter the trouble I may have stirred up with Lisa.

I fondly recall when, at your house, she insisted that I sit down and join your family and learn how to play Bridge. She was so patient with me as I learned this complex game.

Days later, I stepped inside your back door and was greeted by your mom. She pulled me aside to share some secret maneuvers that we, as a Bridge team could strategically employ to play more "effectively." I will never say that your mom was a proponent of what some may call "cheating," but in that moment, her subtle desire to win was unmistakeable.

I send my heartfelt thoughts to all of you during this very difficult time. She was a fantastic, elemental, intrepid, and very classy woman, mother, person.
