To Edd and your family, particularly Russell whom I knew well:
I'm sorry to have missed the service on the 17th. I was in Idaho for the past week and couldn't get back in time. My communication with Flo the past few years hasn't been that good so I wasn't aware of any health issues.
I respect Flo for the help she gave me over the seven or eight years she was my right hand..... always helpful, cheerful and a real pleasure to be around. I retired soon after she left the office so staying connected was difficult. I think of her as one who lived a wonderful life, full of love and success. You are living testimony to that success. She loved her family very much and I trust that the many fond memories of your togetherness will sustain you and you family during this sad period. The worst thing about death is that nice people like you have to suffer. I hope that this time of grieving passes quickly for you and your family.
