Snyder, Floyd A. 83 Nov. 10, 1929 July 21, 2013 SALEM - Floyd was born in Renton, Wash., to Amos F. and Nellie (Hartman) Snyder. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and spent 37 years working for U.S. Bank Corp. Floyd's passions, beyond that of his family, included traveling, piloting aircraft, fishing and golfing. Survived by his wife of 60 years, Janet Eileen (Seidl) Snyder; children, Christine (John) Murtha, John Snyder, Nancy Snyder. He leaves five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. The funeral is scheduled for 11 a.m., on Friday, July 26, 2013, at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Salem. Arrangements by Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service.
