Dear Mary Jo,
I was saddened to learn of Mike's death. He was a perfect example of how men should live, work and thrive. You two were always so close to each other ~ along with being loved and admired by many. He is sublimely happy in Heaven now for all eternity. He will enjoy being with God, your son, your sister, my dear friend Sheila, and many other Saints.
Lovingly, Carrie Moses

Mr. King was my attorney during a particularly difficult time in my life. He was so very competent while being kind, supportive, and wise. I feel fortunate to have known him.

I had the honor of serving with Mike on the Board of Regents of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Kathleen and I became dear friends of Mary Jo and Mike. We traveled together to places including England and Civil War battlefields. Despite his numerous accomplishmentsMarines, trial lawyer, Federal Judge, and much moreMike always maintained a remarkable humility. Kathleen and I send our love and prayers to Mary Jo and her family.
