George Baynard Obituary

Baynard, George David 64 July 20, 1948 Jan. 01, 2013 George David Bernard, 64, of Portland, passed away on Jan. 1, 2013. He was born on July 20, 1948, in Portland, to George and Nadene Baynard. A graduate of Madison High School, he also graduated from Mt. Hood Community College with an associate degree, and worked at Cotter and Company for 25 years. A member of Teamsters Local 206, he liked fishing, photography, playing with his nieces and nephews, and also umpiring baseball and drives up the gorge. George is survived by his brother, Bud Baynard and sister-in-law, Joann of Stockton, Calif; nephews, Derek Baynard and JJ Baynard of Stockton, Calif; and niece, Haley Baynard of Stockton, Calif. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Nadene. Funeral services will be held at Cremation and Burial Care of Oregon, 225 N.E. 80th Ave., on Monday, Jan. 7, at 1 p.m. Private interment will follow. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are in care of Cremation & Burial Care of Oregon.

Just heard of Buster's passing by Janet Odem-Corzatt who long story I reconnected w/after all these years. Buddy, I'm so sorry to hear about Buster. It's so sad! I'm dealing w/the same thing right now ... My mother Betty Fifield just passed away 2/6/13. I'm devastated. Praying for peace and comfort for you and your family at this time.
