I will miss you Dick. Great memories of delivering the moring Oregonian newspaper from your VW Bug, the stops at Winchell's donuts on Hawthorne Street in Portland, and your homey trailer in Eagle Creek, Ore. My prayers go to you and your family.

You left a big hole on my heart with your passing, Dick, but the many years of good times, love & memories will help in the coming months. So miss you. Your sister, Barbara

I would like to send my condolences to Richard's family. I knew him through my sister Regina and her shop in Astoria, Posey-Reed. When she first opened her shop, Richard was there to encourage her and help her in so many ways. I was there to help also and enjoyed meeting him. He had a great spirit and positive outlook on life. I know he will be missed by many.
