Jef...... A real Swiss Army knife of a person. A very handy friend to know and have around! A cousin that gave and helped in many ways. Some known and some not. A do-gooder! A real pal! Always in my heart and never forgotten by many. Thank you for all your kindness and god bless
you were loved and will indeed missed by all who knew you.
Dear Lena, Mike and Mary, and Kitty and Vic,
My heart and prayers go out to you. Losing a husband and a brother so young is too hard. I regret not having seen Jef since we were kids. Franny told me what a fun and giving person he was, and others as well have written wonderful memories of Jef. I grieve with you. Love, Nizette

A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam and for a brief moment its' glory and beauty belong to the world. But then it flies on again and though we wish it could have stayed, we feel so lucky to have seen it.
Jeff, we will see you again someday.

Jef, all your life you gave to family, friends and others, never asking anything in return. You made your parents and siblings proud, and you left a mark on the world. I wish my children had gotten to know you. You had a heart bigger than this world could hold, and I will miss you.

How sad to lose my first cousin at a time when I was just wanting to get to know my Farley cousins better. What a hard lesson to learn. Don't put off the things that will connect you to friends and family. I am so sad at this news.
We have lost a loved amd most valuable member of the Museum family. We miss you, Jef.
Offering sincere condolences. Take comfort in knowing that God cares for you and invites you to look to Him for comfort. May your memories be comforting during this difficult time. 1 Peter 5:6,7
So very sad to hear this shocking news. Our thoughts are with you all - Carole & Joe from Thurston House.
I would like to offer my sympathy to all of Jef's family and let them know they are in my thoughts and prayers.
Some years ago I was having a problem with my neighbour in that he decided to cut down my lovely, thriving oak trees becuase he felt they shoulld not be there (on my property). This made me most furious so I called Jef and asked him if he would come over and inspect the trees to see if they should be cut down because of some unknown reason. Jef came over and found that the trees were in fine order and proceeded to advise my neighbour of his facts. I proceeded to pay Jef and he politely said there would not be a charge. I shall never forget his kindness. It saved me much frustration and the trees are still standing. :)
May you rest in peace, Jef.
