Fred Gledhill was always ready with an aviation-related question when I would visit his place. I think he wanted to keep me on my professional toes so to speak. Will miss his dry sense of humour and those questions.

Derek and Ken - we'll miss your father's sense of humour and all his sports talk around the neighbourhood. So glad we had the opportunity to get to know him as a neighbour and a friend.

Peter and Tracy.

I am so saddened to hear of Fred's passing and send my sincere condolences to the Gledhill family. As a neighbour and friend I will miss meeting and chatting with Fred on almost any subject. I had the pleasure of helping Fred trace his family roots back to England which he appreciated. The neighbourhood will not be the same without him.

So sorry to hear of Feed's passing! Fred was a breath of fresh air to the staff of the old Canada Trust or Canada "Bust" as he would call it! He always came in with a tidbit of trivia or piece of history. He would do his banking and off for his walk. God Bless you Fred! Have a socialable with Gord!

We are sorry to hear of the passing of your dad (Husband). We enjoyed his visits with us the many stories and good laughs. He will be sadly missed.
