Bud was indeed the Gourou of Staff Relations at Transport Canada. I got to know the ins and outs of the wonderful world of staff and labour relations through his wisdom . He was highly regarded and respected by management, unions, colleagues and staff members.
Sincere condolences and Rest in Peace my friend!

I was so saddened to see that Bud had passed, but I do find comfort knowing he is with Sis. I have found it so difficult with my parents being gone. But as time passes I realize they are always with us, I hope the same for all of you. Hugs, Laurelle (Shaw) Wilson

Bud was my mentor in Staff Relations at Transport Canada. He was know as the Mr. Staff Relations by the Employer and Unions.
He was a great human being and loved his family very much.
Please accept my condolences. Rest In Peace Bud.

Just found out about Buds passing.
Many years ago I was a member of the Navy CC for several years. Played against Bud many times and enjoyed the games and the post game social times with him afterwards.
My sincere condolences to his family.

I curled with Bud at the Navy CC and in the Kingston Whig bonspiel. I also knew him at Cedarhill. Enjoyed many a beer and many a Kingston story. He will be missed. My condolences to the family.
