My belated condolensces to the Muldoon Family. I'm not sure how I missed the notice of Charlie's passing as I certainly would have been there to send him off. I have great memories from Corn Roasts out at the farm to his visits when I moved to Toronto. He was a great person and I am proud to have counted him among my close friends even though we lost track of each other these past years...he will be missed!!
To all of Charlies children,
my sincere condolences I grew up knowing alot of the Muldoon kids as they were neighbours of my late grandparents Sadie and Andy Schwerdfeger. I have alot of fond memories of dancing to the music out at the Muldoon farm in Chesterville and special occasions celebrating different milestones. He is in a better place reunited with alot of old friends gone before him making sweet music together again...
Susie I send you hugs sorry we could not have been there we were out west when Greg and JoAnn called.

The Muldoon Family,
I was so honored when Susan called and asked me to sing at the funeral. Unfortunately I am on the vacation and cannot be there on Friday. I will do my best to make it on Thursday for the wake. I spoke to Charlie on Tuesday at the Jam. This was such a shock.
I know Charlie is getting together with my Dad, Reg Hill, Leo Carroll, Ward Allen and all the gang playing the good old tunes.
My Mother, Theresa Gosset also sends her deepest sympathies.
Charlie's visits at the Moose Lodge will be greatly missed.
It was always a pleasure and a treat to have Charlie on stage singing with us. "Bow Wow Wow"

Wayne Muldoon and family.
To the Muldoon "kids", and dear Ellen,
Charlie was a special friend to my parents, Jim and Edna Downey, who I am sure were happy to see Charlie cross over and welcome him home. I can hear Charlie and Jim now belting out a few good ol' Irish/Valley tunes as Mom taps along with a smile on her face. I was fortunate to reconnect with Charlie about 12 years ago through the Irish Society and the friendship continued. You will miss your Dad and we will all miss him but will smile, as we remember him, knowing that he died living life they way he wanted. Rest in peace dear "Earthquake Muldoon".
Deepest Sympathy to the Muldoon Family
it is difficult to put the right words in place for a wonderful guy with a zest for life and his spirits lifted all of those around him. Like many others, we go back a long way and even to his times spent in Florida.
May you rest in Peace.
May your heart be warm and happy
With the lilt of Irish laughter
Every day in every way
And forever and ever after.

What a wonderful neighbour and friend Charlie was to Anna Lafleur and her family for many decades. Anna, now in a Retirement Home, is especially grateful to have had Charlie and Susan (her angel) nearby. We will break this sad news to her and offer to take her to Kelly's. She will be extremely saddened to hear this news as are we.

Your love for music, family and good times will live on in all of those who knew you. I know the boys will miss your hockey pool and opportunities to have you kick their butts in either crib or golf. It's ok to be sad during this time but we all know that Grandma is so happy to have you back:)
It was with deep sadness that I read of Charlie's passing. I had the honour of being one of his CBC colleagues many years back and when I needed his expert advice he was ALWAYS at the ready to ensure that any project was a success. All of our dealings were captioned with a wonderful sense of humour as well as a determination to "make things work." I know his family will miss him as will so many of us.
My sincere condolences to the Muldoon family. His great sense of humour and his humanity will be missed.
With heartfelt sympathy,
I"ll sure miss my Uncle Charlie, I"ll think of him every time I play a tune.
My condolences on your loss. I know you are a close family and will help each other through this difficult time. We're thinking of you guys.
From all your friends from the "Step Dance and Fiddle" community. Charles you will be missed but never forgotten. You made every child and adult feel at ease on the stage and your passion and love for this Canadian style music and dance shone through. Thank you for all you gave to us and know you left a part of you in all our hearts.
Bev, Harry Ardley & Rebecca ( Westman )
My deepest condolences to the family. Charlie was my boss for most of my working life at the CBC. I could not have had a better one. A more honest and caring friend you could not find. A wonderful family man, whose passing I know will leave an empty hole for so many.
St. Patty's day will never be the same!
To The Muldoon Family;
So sorry for your loss. Irene Carroll introduced me to Charlie many years ago. I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to enjoy his music and his sense of humour on many occasions. He will be missed.
With Deepest Sympathy,
My deepest condolences to your family at this time. God Bless Charlie. I have known Charlie since I was a little girl and he was a good friend of my late father Bernie Armstrong. Charlie always had a way to make us laugh. May he rest in peace. I know he is in heaven with my dad right now and upon entry to heaven he said to dad "Good'day!". Great memories shared with him. God bless you all and stay strong.
I remember Charlie when we played hockey together for the CBC championship team in the RA Senior league back in the early 60's. For anyone that did not know, Charlie was a hell of a goaltender back then. A sad loss.
I offer my condolences to Charlie's family.
