Please accept my sincere sympathy in the loss of your mom and grandmother. Shirley mentored me with her expertise in teaching grade 2 when I moved to Ottawa from Windsor in 1974. She was a true expert, and was often assigned children who needed a little extra TLC and attention, as she was always able to set them on the right path with their learning of academics and with life skills as well. A very respected colleague. You, her family, were her joy and delight, and she always spoke lovingly of you. The love you shared will remain. May you delight in your happy memories, and may God comfort you in your loss.

I fondly remember Shirley. She taught across the hall from me at Century Public School. I was lucky to work with such a wonderful caring lady. Rest in peace Shirley... many children's lives were touched by your kind and caring ways.
Scooter, Bruce & Janet - your mom was a great lady. Our thoughts are with you.

Your cherished memories will help you through this difficult time. I had the pleasure of knowing Shirley for a short time she was a great lady.
