Our sincere condolences to the family.
I had hoped to attend the Memorial Service, but conflicting obligations has prevented that. We first met Bill and Virginia at Carleton Memorial Church, and then Bill and I regularly attended the meetings of Ottawa Amateur Radio Club, for several years. We will miss Bill and Virginia.
Ernie and Pearl Brown.
Sincere sympathy to the Roy family.
Bill enjoyed our coffe time stories at MacDonald's. He will be missed.
Deepest sympathy at Bill's passing. He was always so kind and so cheerful and a good buddy to my Dad at Park Place. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
Ken,
Sorry to hear of your fathers passing. I recall meeting him on a few occasions at the fire station on Carling Avenue. He was pretty spry then and that was about 25 years ago. It's nice to know he was able to enjoy an active life for so long.
To all of the Roy family. We are very sorry to learn of your loss. Bill was a wonderful guy. His terrific smile and friendly, fun ways will be remembered. Barbara Butler
