The world loses a great personality in Gregg Canavan, he was as good soul and a bright man. One of the few people I know that could contribute to any conversation with any crowd. I feel sorry for the battles Gregg fought in his last 10 years of life and feel he is at a long deserved peace now. I will miss my friend Gregg Canavan. Joe Mankus

Gregg, you were a great member to add to the family, unfortunately for such a brief time. The amount of care you put into making sure that I was taken care of to have a 'nice, trustworthy and reliable' car to take to work without someone taking advantage of me was the nicest thing a new family member could have done, zero questions asked. I still think of you and your beautiful daughters and, yep, my car's still running. Window gets stuck down now and again but if that's the worst problem, that's not so bad (seems like the positive attitude you would have!). Rest in peace in the warmth of Florida.
