May the God of all comfort be with you during this difficult time in your life. We all yearn for better conditions. It is refreshing to know that God's word speaks of a time when all sorrows will be gone and that mankind will live in beautiful surroundings with nothing to fear.-Isaiah 65:17,21-24.
I love the lyrics to "I Said My Pajamas (and Put On My Prayers)." Rest in Peace.
I'll always remember the tune "For Heavens Sake" when I danced with my only love! Love forever.
Ms. Warren lived a long, full life. May we, too, make the most of our lives before the "calamitous days" of old age come:
"Before the sun and the light and the moon and the stars grow dark...(Bad vision) in the days when the keepers of the house tremble (Trembling hands) and the men of vital energy have bent themselves (Unstable knees), and the grinding women have quit working because they have become few (Missing teeth) and the ladies seeing at the window have found it dark (Poor eyesight) and the doors onto the street have been closed (Difficulty walking), when the sound of the grinding mill becomes low (Hard of hearing), and one gets up at the sound of a bird (Trouble sleeping), and all the daughters of song sound low (Hard of hearing). Also they have become afraid merely at what is high (Difficulty climbing) and there are terrors in the way (Obstacles, difficult mobility)...because man is walking to his long-lasting house (The grave) and the wailers have marched around in the street. (Funeral procession)." Ecclesiastes 12:1-7
So, how should we live before the days of old age come? "Remember, NOW, your Grand Creator in the days of your young manhood, before the calamitous days proceed to come." Ecclesiastes 12:1
May you find comfort in the promise at job 33:25 when Fran will return to the days of her youthful vigor and sing for all to hear again.
