On behalf of the Hitchiti Dancers of the Order of the Arrow and Venture Crew 157, I want to express our feeling of having lost a real friend and supporter. Admiral Morris has helped us in so many ways but most of all he always had the time to let us know that we were important to him. We will all miss him.

To the Morris Family:

I just want you to know how much the Admiral meant to me and my family. He helped so many people. He gave so much to his country and his community. I wish that I am able to accomplish just a quarter of what he has during his lifetime of service. He has been a model of what a great American and great person is to me since I met him when I was only 15. He did not hesitate in helping me and my family over the last 16 years. He will not be forgotten. My family and I will remember him always.

Tom Morris was a man of honor, a man of God, a great man and a GREAT AMERICAN. God Speed Tom and well done--well done. Anchors Away.

All in the Navy League will miss your darling Dad. My own nicest memory is of his sweet remarks about your mother when receiving a posthumous award to her from the League/Palm Beach Council for her unstinting efforts.
Each time my husband and I had ecounters with him, he was always so very pleasant (and full of good humour). Nice memories.
