Billy had such a generous heart. We worked closely together over the years and I especially remember the sight of Billy's pickup truck in the rear parking lot of S&B overflowing with donated toys at Christmas time for delivery to some of our injured workers families. What a sweetheart. Billy is already sorely missed.

Saying good bye to an old friend is always hard to do. It is even harder to see his loved ones go through the pain of having lost their father and husband. Billy was more than a friend to me. I had the opportunity to work with him for the 18 years he was with S&B. Billy, as most people know was one of the most kindest people you would ever want to meet. He was part of our S&B family. He was a well-respected Safety Manager with S&B and was responsible for being part of numerous Safety Awards and recognition throughout his career. I was both happy and sad when he retired a little over 3 years ago because of the bond we had together. I could always count on him and he knew he could always count on me. I am happy knowing that he is in a much better place now and free from all of the pain that he endured from his illness. My prayers go out to the family as they move forward as well as the many friends that he had.
I am attaching a picture to the photo gallery of both Billy and his good friend Russell Cooke during a presentation at a Safety Awards Banquet for the project they worked on together back in 2007. The award speaks for itself as it was for, Best in Class!

So sorry for your loss. Our prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. May God ease your minds and comfort your hearts over the coming days.

So sad to hear of Billy's passing. Enjoyed the many years we worked together at Deer Park PD.
