FRANK JOSEPH LEGER
May 31, 1927 - January 13, 2013
Frank was born on May 31, 1927 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. In 1956, he moved to California with his wife, Anna and their daughter, Pamela. Frank was a Machinist for over 55 years and finally retired in 1992, when he then enjoyed his grandchildren, playing golf and participating in church activities. Frank also was the Gateman to UCLA football and basketball games. Anything UCLA, he loved.
Frank is preceded in death by his daughter, Pamela. He leaves behind his wife, Anna; son, Michael (Cyndi); grandchildren, Grant and Kiani; and many close relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to: Providence Holy Cross Foundation, ref. Frank Leger, 15031 Rinaldi St., Mission Hills, CA 91346. Funeral Mass will be Monday, January 21, 2013, 10:00 a.m., at St. John Baptist De La Salle Catholic Church, Granada Hills, CA 91344.

As neighbors for over 50 years, we could always count on each other. When my husband, Ted, and I had to take a daughter to the hospital, Frank came and gave the other kids their dinner and stayed with them until we got home. When vacations were taking place, we could count on each other to do what must be done when owners are not there. Frank and my husband sang together years ago in a group, the Choraliers. When Ted, died, Frank went out of his way to say kind words about him to me. All in all, Frank and Anna were the best neighbors one could have. Joanne Nagy
