My sister and I became ASU football season ticket holders during Pat's senior year. He was so much fun to watch! He truly was an inspiration. I'm crushed.

To the tillman's. Pat's legacy will be far greater than what could be left by any star anywhere. His selfless act is as heroic as any story that can be found in today's day and age. In a society filled with "me" people, it's an honor to witness the act of one who appreciates the foundation that was layed before us in this great country. People who are willing to sacrifice for the good of something that is bigger than themselves is quite rare. God bless you and your family, and you will forever be an example of what a true man is to my children and my family.

There is no greater service than that of Freedom. I thank you for your sacrifice, so that I may be Free to say Thank you. I send my condolences to your Family. I am proud to be an American because of Heroes like Pat Tillman.

We are proud to have a man like him in our country. He was a professional hero!

I just want to thank Pat Tillman for being such a joy to valley residents. I had the honor of running into Pat and his brother at the gym two months before they both enlisted. They were both class act guys that first introduced themselves to us such as guys off the street, not a multi million dollar contract player. Pat will be remembered by all of us athletes from the valley and our prayers go out to him.

My sincere condolences go out to the Tillman family. Mr. Tillman gave us many great memories in his collegiate and pro careers. Following that he showed great pride and courage by enlisting in the U.S. Army. This is truly a gut wrenching loss. My thoughts and prayers will be with him and his family as they go through this very difficult time. He will always be remembered, always.

What a fine example of what a person can become in life. Pat took his young life "by the horns" and will always be admired for his positive choices and passion.

My heart-felt condolences go out to family and friends at this very hard time.
