ANDREWS, ERIC JAMES Age 18, of Temecula, CA, passed away 02/28/06, the victim of an unfortunate circumstance. Eric was born in Placentia, CA. He was a longtime Riverside and Corona resident for 11 years. He received high recognition for computer technology at Arlington High School. Eric is survived by his mother, Holly Fallon; father and stepmother, Les and Christine Andrews; brother, Jake Massey; grandparents, Linda Jackson, Carroll Fallon and Eva Dollard. Funeral: 03/07/06, 1:00PM at Pierce Bros. Crestlawn Memorial Chapel. A Memorial Fund has been set up for Eric James Andrews at Washington Mutual Bank, Temecula Ynez Branch. Account #3084560016

It all still so fresh, just as if it were yesterday that you were killed, and your last breaths that I heard as they took you to the emergency room. My knees still feel weak. My gut still aches every day. I miss you so very much, after more than 7 1/2 years, and always!

It's almost funny to me, how our closest loved ones that are taken away from us to early by homicide, are just not talked about after the initial shock has worn off.

Well, as Eric's mom, my shock has not worn off a bit. I still hurt as much as the day I heard him get shot and killed. They tell you that the pain lessens, but it doesn't.

I love you so much my sweet boy, and know that you would be here if you could.

Although I only met Eric a few times I have known Holly for many years. My heart truly goes out to Holly and the entire family. Holly, I know you will carry Eric with you for the rest of your life--losing your son is the hardest thing you will ever have to face, and my thoughts and prayers are now and always will be with you. I have only met Eric twice but, Holly is his mother so I know that he had to be a wonderful son and probably a good friend to many. Still very fresh on everyone's mind, my deepiest thoughts and love go out to our family for the loss of one of our next generation of children.
