Mario -

Not always is Family just for people you're related to. They're the people in your life who appreciate having you in theirs – the ones who encourage you to improve in healthy and exciting ways, and who not only embrace who you are now, but also embrace and embody who you want to be. These people – your real family – are the ones who truly matter......and you matter a lot.

Through this whole experience, I have gone through whole range of emotions some that were familiar and some that were not. Am I a part of anything? Should I go? Should I write something, or no? Then I stopped and said what would Mario do? He would say what needs to said. So, here I am.

Some may say that I didn't know you well, but I realized that I had daily interaction with you on many levels. And that was through your family, there's your wife Angela with her no nonsense attitude. Aubrie always wanting to fix, clean, and lend a helping hand. Then Andrew with his mans-mans, tough exterior, and always trying to be level headed. Even though as individuals they are different, there are some similarities. They always stand up for what is right. And when you need them, they will always be there. Now, the thing that connected these people was you. You taught them values, and provided them with the strength to go out and take on the world.

You are a man with great integrity. You are funny, straight forward, witty, angry, strong, and giving, the list can go on and on. Mario is the level head when the world was spinning out of control. You love your family with all your heart and much more. You are always there when they need you. (You're like a AAA, but for life)

You don't tolerate laziness, you always worked hard and made the people around you do the same. Mario is a pusher, and pushes people to do better, to be better, live better.

You never cared much about material things and would get excited over the simplest of kind gestures, and keep the box.

I miss you greatly, as we all do and will.

Mario you make us laugh, you make us cry. You drive us crazy, you make us sane.

Mario you will be in my heart and thoughts forever.

Lots of Love, peace, and light.

Mario was loved by all our family, especially the Keith Thomas family. May his family find peace knowing that he is in a better place.
