Stanley Lundgren Obituary

STANLEY F. LUNDGREN Age 73, died March 11, 2013 in Riverside, California due to colon cancer. He was born in Minneapolis, MN on May 31, 1939. Stanley held a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from West Coast University. He worked for Hughes Aircraft in Fullerton until he retired in 1997. He lived in Placentia in Orange County during that time. He was an excellent golfer and an active member of the Alta Vista Country Club. He moved to Riverside in 1997 to retire with his wife Ursula. Stan is remembered as a true gentleman, always kind and helpful, and full of fun. He had a good sense of humor and a delightful personality. He was well loved and will be missed. Stan is survived by his wife Ursula; his stepsons Wolfram and Rolf Ahonen; daughter Dosty Lundgren Williams and stepchild Sondra Lundgren Freetone; his brother Jon of MN and numerous grandchildren. There will be a memorial service at 2pm on March 25 at Sierra Vista Chapel, 4920 Sierra Vista Ave., Riverside, CA 92505 (west of La Sierra University Church).
