Dear Dane,
I have never met you, but I feel like I know you by all the great comments your fellow military team made about you, and comments made by your loving family. Your smile so big and true reflects in every picture of you. Your bravery and dedication to your men, family, and country. Your love of your K-9 Lager, all this shows what an awesome man you were. I know your missed and loved by all those who knew you. Now in peace with your buddy, Lager. God seeth you through.

Dear Dane,
I never met you, but know your Dad and met your Mom one time years ago. I've spent the last several minutes reading over all of your tributes, written by people whose lives you have forever touched and can tell that YOU were loved and you loved THEM. I also understand that your bravery was demonstrated in the field and that your family's bravery was demonstrated with their honesty in writing your obituary. They know that the stigma of suicide must end so those suffering may find peace. May peace be with you, Dane, and also with your legion of family and friends.
