To the family of Mr.Pittman; He was such a kind and gentle soul, always smiling & a kind word to say. He was a longtime neighbor to myself & my mother (Taylor Park Apt's) where he took excellent care of his wife up until she passed away.
He would not mind walking any where, I tried to give him rides, which he would turn down. He could also "Cut a MEAN Rug & out dance the best of them!!!!. I was so surprised when I ran across his picture in the Obits. He lived a great life, and probably smiled & danced his way throughout each & every one of his years. I'm gonna miss seeing him around town.
But most of all I'm gonna miss his beautiful smile & my faithful dancing partner at Jazzland! Don't worry Mr Pittman We the girls at Jazzland will continue to honor & think of you every time we do the "Slop(aka George Jefferson) until we all meet up again on that great dance floor in the sky. I'm a little sad because my friend is gone. Yet I still rejoice because I know he is reunited with his beloved wife and most of all Our Lord & Savior!!!
May God continue to comfort the family as only HE can !!!! To the family , thanks so much for sharing your loved one with me.
Robin (aka) Cricket & Dannette your friends/dancing partners
