John Deimler Obituary
John was a graduate of Hershey High School and received an Associate Degree in Management from G.M.I College. He had most recently been employed as a Service Manager at McCafferty Kia but had been employed at various dealers in the Harrisburg area since 1962. He had served on the Automotive Advisory Board of Dauphin Count Vo Tech and was an advisor to Cumberland/Perry Vo Tech. He was a member of numerous auto manufacturing organizations and received many service awards. John also volunteered his time to the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Ronald McDomald House. John enjoyed playing tennis, gardening and spending time with his grandchildren. .
Surviving is his wife, Marlene R. (Zlater) Deimler of 47 years, who was the love of his life; 2 daughters, Teisha (Bobby) Eismann of Hummelstown, and Tiffany (Brandon) Lutz of Middletown; son, David Deimler; 3 grandaughters, Makenzie, Cadyn & Kylie, 2 stepgrandchildren, Makenzi & Logan, 3 brothers, James of Steelton, Michael & William both of Hershey; and numerous nieces & nephews. He was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Thomas & Robert Deimler
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 18th at 11:00am in the Hoover Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Route 422 & Lucy Avenue, Hershey. Visitation will be held Saturday morning from 9:00am 11:00am. Interment will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 897, Hershey PA 17033.

I was with this awesome guy for 47 years. I have a heart full of memories that will be with me forever. He was such a gentle and caring guy. I always knew I was the love of his life, as he was always the love of my life. He touched so many hearts. What am I going to do without you? I miss you so very much snuggle buddy. Until we meet again, I love you with all my heart!

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. John was the reason I always had my car serviced at McCafferty Kia. He treated me like family and always had a smile on his face to greet you. He was a kind soul and good person. I will miss him, as I am sure many others will. God Bless and Take Care.

I worked with Johnny Dimes for many many years at McCafferty Kia. Always there to take care of you and had a story for everything. You'd swear he was Forrest Gump with all the stories. It's so odd at work knowing he's not going to be back. Prayers to the family. Save me a good desk at the big dealership in the sky.
