I met Zach at Lees-McRae College as his cycling studies minor professor or should I say I was touched by having met him. His brightness, hard work, and yes, sense of humor made knowing him a joy. Thoughts and prayers to his family , you will be missed.

Zach was such a breath of fresh air and happiness to all of us who knew him in NC. He always had a great outlook on life and a positive attitude. I never saw him without a smile.
I am blessed that Zach came into my life if only for a short while.
Godspeed my friend.
