what an amazing man Mr. Snelbaker was, I was honored to know him while he was helping out my Father. Two very wise men that now have passed on, their journeys are finished here on this earth. I know Mr. Snelbaker will be greatly missed, your family is in our thoughts and prayers as you face weeks and months ahead, please know that we will be thinking of you.

Dick was a great solicitor for the Cumberland Valley SD. He was thorough in his knowledge of school law, and yet down to earth. He knew on a personal level, everyone he met. He was a friend and simply a good man. God bless his fine family, and my deepest sympathy upon his passing.

Gay and I considered Dick as our most trusted attorney, both personally and professionally. I no longer can speak for Hampden Township but during our mutual tenure, Dick was a phenomenal public servant. However, in addition to our business relationship, Dick was one of our most beloved friends, remaining so for long after we both left municipal service. He will be remembered as a cultured gentleman but at the same time a down to earth friend, family man and a skilled woodsmith and wordsmith ! Dick, you will be missed and have left an enormous void in our lives to be filled only with memories of great times and of a life lived admirably.
