Dear Aunt Barbara...We were so shocked and saddened by the news of Uncle Dave's passing. Glenda and I are so thankful that we were able to spend those few hours with you two this last fall, it really meant a lot to us that you guys were willing to see us even though it was apparent that neither one of you felt very well. I truly regret not having had the opportunity to spend time with you all over the years, for as I get older, I realize just how much family means, but distance can be a great hindrance. Glenda and I talked about trying to attend the funeral, but since we didn't find out about it until late last evening, the drive would have to be almost none stop. With the condition my Mom is in, there's is no way for her and Dad to come either... sorry.
I always had a lot of love and respect for both you and Uncle Dave...I will always remember the way joy would flow from him and especially his laugh which was so contagious. He will be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Just remember that all this is fleeting and someday the Lord will reunite us once again. May God watch over you all and may you find comfort through Him. Love you...Tom & Glenda Greb
