I am going to miss you Karl. Our adventures together included fishing in British Columbia and Alaska; turkey hunting in Alabama and Florida; and the annual pheasant & duck hunts in Milsdale, IL. Lois and your generosity of opening up your home to all of us runners on Wednesday nights was much appreciated by all. You were tough as nails when the need arose, but also kind, generous and forgiving as well. Take care old friend.

Grew up next to the Minors in Rockdale. Karl was a tough guy like my Dad. Hard working to support their family. The Minors were very generous to me, first patronizing my Insty-Prints business, and then also my Celtic Landscaping business. I appreciated that, and we
were friends as well, with similar interests in Lake of the Ozarks and
Florida.
How my mom Rita outlived him by 10 years I'll never figure out.
Lois, Ken, Keith, Roger, and families, my sincere sympathy.

Sympathy to Lois, Kenny, Keith and family
I met Karl in the early '80's during my running days. After a few races and a beer or two after, I was invited to the Wednesday Night Run. What a great time! Karl was the leader of the group and storyteller beyond compare. Karl gave me advice about running but more importantly advice about life. "It is the heart that makes a man rich. He is rich according to who he is not according to what he has." Karl was a very rich man.
