My wingman got new wings. Your friendship enabled me to meet my wife. It's a gift that will forever touch every moment of my life. You will forever be a part of my family.
Rest in peace. You left this world far too soon, but it is still a far better place because of you.

To each of you Mindi, Ang and to your precious Mamma there are no words that I can describe in how deeply pained that I and my family are that each of you have been chosen to walk this same journey my family and I have. The journey is ours and we have picked it up and walked it with our heads held high and I know Michael and your daddy are rejoicing in the waiting of each of you when it is each of your time just as my daddy and brother are awaiting us. I always remember lil Michael always smiling and Brian sure enjoyed his visit with you Mindi and Michael what an honor that was for him. Michael was loved greatly. <3 Love, Kimberly

To the Villaroman family,
I want to convey my deepest sympathy for your loss. I had the pleasure of knowing Mike for 4 years of medical school as we went through great highs and lows. His energy, enthusiasm and an extreme zest for life (and the Gators) truly made him unforgettable. Michael always had a smile on his face and made everyone around him more cheerful. I am thrilled to have known him and feel that my life is much richer because of his friendship. He will be greatly missed.

Dear Mrs. Villaroman & Family,
Dr. V was my doctor at the VA for about 6 years before he left for private practice. I followed him from the DCVAMC to the CBOC because he was a great doctor who truly cared for his patients. Today, as I was searching the web looking for his new office number I found out that he passed away. The news of his passing shocked me because this isn't supposed to happen to a person so young and with such a good heart. On my family's behalf, please accept my condolences. Dr. V will truly be missed.

Mike was always full of life and would make me smile even during days during medical school where the last thing I wanted to do was smile. He was very smart and always kind. My heart goes out to his mother and family.

To: Mrs Villaroman and family,
It was an honor to have Mindi at the Washington DC VA Medical Center this week to share in our reflection on and memorial for the life of Dr. Villaroman. I feel that the medical needed to share together to also help in our grief. A sorrow passed through the entire medical when news came of his death. However, we all felt better after Mindi's words and time with us. My prayers are that the God of peace will comfort and keep the family during these days of grief.

Michael was a dear friend and colleague of my brother (Dr. Marcus Nadler) at the VA. When Marcus got sick, Michael was there for him, and was so warm and supportive to me and my parents when we were all suffering and through Marcus' passing. I will always remember Michael, his compassion and his caring soul. I feel deeply honored to have met him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. Michael, you live on in my heart.

Mrs. Villaroman and family,
Michael and I worked in adjacent offices at the DC VA for many years. He was my best friend at work. We spent all our free time during the work day together, talking about our lives: our struggles, joys, heartbreaks, all of it. He spoke so fondly of his family. He expressed to me often that he loved his sisters dearly, adored his nephews, and greatly admired and respected his parents. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

I was the nurse on Dr.V's team for the past 3 years. I don't know what to say.Because Dr.V left our clinic about 4 months ago it's been hard to believe that he is really gone. We just feel like he is still in D.C working at his new office. Seeing this makes it so much more real and I so don't want it to be. To his mother and sisters I know this is an especially hard time for you. You are each other's strongest support right now. I have uploaded a picture of Dr.V with some of Marylands and the V.A's highest officials at the opening of our clinic where he was the team leader for over a year. We will miss you Doc. Your P.G Cboc team.

Mindi, Mrs. Villaroman and family,
I can't express how sad I was to receive the news of Michael's passing. We were colleagues in DC at the VA medical center for 7 years. More importantly, we were friends outside of work. I can still recall the combined birthday party Mindi and Michael had one year in DC. I am still in shock - all I firmly have to believe is the he loved his Dad so much he had to be his caretaker in Heaven.

Michael I will miss you. Knowing that you are with our Lord gives comfort. Knowing that you have left so many people that love you and will miss you makes me so very sad. I am grateful that even though your family migrated to US and we migrated to Australia - that we were able to make some connection. Short but deep enough to know that you are a gentle soul, a kind person and a loving man. I am proud of you cousin, you are a good role model!! We love you.
To tita Nora, Mindi(Daymin) and Angelita(Babylit) - We will continue to pray for you all. Stay strong. Love Gilda (Ging), Tamara and Margie....

When I first met Mike I knew he would become one of my good friends. He could not contain his enthusiasm about cars, moreso when one of his friends showed up with something new. He was always smiling, joking and ready to drive, especially if there was a food stop at the end.
We did not only lose a member of the Northern VA car community but more importantly will lost a great friend.
