David and Family, I am truly sorry that I didn't know about this sooner. I loved Rosa Lee and I know that she will be missed. God Bless you and your family.

Dear David...So sorry to hear about Ms. Rosa Lee's passing....She was a unique person....Loved listening to her...She always made me laugh...You know if it wasn't for your Mom and Mr. Walton's store we would not be here...So many memories ....Turkey Creek....The Breeze...best hamburgers in town...and loved playing pin ball...I once played 9 games on 1 Dime.....She was just so interesting and always laughing..I loved the work she did for history in this town....People need to know where they come from in order to know where they are going....God Bless you at this time of loss...Shelia (Shell) Dudley

Dear David...I was searching for another and found the obituary for Rosa Lee....My heart goes out to you for your loss...My memories of The Breeze live on and the Tastee Freeze also...but most of all the love and happiness she shared with me and my family...because of her father we came to the little town in Northwest Fl. named Niceville....thank you Rosa Lee for all the memories of my childhood at the Niceville Food Store and also for being a precious friend and neighbor...May you rest in the Peace that only God provides...I loved you...Shelia Shell

May you Rest in Peace, my friend! I think of you often when I pass your home where you & Donald lived. I know it was sold & to whom, but, it will ALWAYS be Rosa Lee & Donald Neal's home. God Bless you my friend & your family members. Another angel resides in Heaven now.

Rosa Lee treated everyone with kindness and respect. I grew up with David, Rosa Lee treated me as a son she only put a switch on me one time but i deserved it. My mother worked as a cook at the Breeze for Rosa Lee. I can still remember going to her store and getting a coke and candy bar but i didn't need money she would just charge it. Rosa Lee was always the first one to come when someone was in need. I will never forget you Rosa Lee.
Love you
Moochie Shaw
