Dear Linda, children and grands.
Phil was the best boyhood friend anyone could have. His parents dropped him at my house on the way to work and many mornings he was my second wake up call. We learned to ski together and joined the first Pinkerton track team together. He helped me talk my parents into letting three not-quite-adults go to Mt. Snow for a ski weekend. My parents saw him as the responsible one. He was always positive and often saw the best that could come from me. I am sad that our adult paths kept us apart but I cherish the few moments that we managed to share in the last year. On a two-hour visit this February I overstayed my welcome but I am very glad for those memories. I will miss his positive and generous spirit.
