Bernadette and Phil
I wanted to think about what I wanted to say about Andrew. So, I want to remember Andrew as the little guy on Clementine St., who was off to school with his book bag, strapped on his back and shoulders. For some reason, I think the bag was bigger than he was, but his smile was bigger! I also think of the last time I saw Andrew. He was walking a dog here in Blackwood. He was probably 4 inches taller than I am. I'm 5'11'. I felt very small. We started the conversation with the usual "How are you doing? What's new"? etc. We got on the subject of Andrew Jr., and he was so happy. He had fought the fight and won!! Again, he had that "bigger than anything smile". That's how I'll remember your son!
