Heartfelt condolences to the Arinsberg family. May eternal rest be with Bernie. He was a proud man who loved his family, friends and country. His commitment to Scouting was another of his strengths and many benefited from his wisdom, advice and willingness to listen. He had a sense of humor of which he shared. His love of Treasure Island Boy Scout Camp was quite evident in his recollections. Thank you Bernie for being you.

I am very saddened to hear of Mr. Arinsberg's passing. I was given the sad news on Saturday. Mr. Arinsberg was a great father and husband. He was an 'old school' Dad. I went through most of my school years with his daughter Susan and the kids in the close knit neighborhood of the Northeast back in the 70's and 80's. It was a great time because men like Bernie gave you that feeling of 'safe. Hard working men, didn't ask for much, took care of there families, and created a safe world we don't see to much of anymore. This man will be missed.
