He was a good Husband and an exceptional son taking care of his Mother when his Father passed away. He was my inspiration to enter law enforcement. I remember, He always loved cars and had dice hanging from his rear view mirror.
Love from his cousin Joey and my Mom, Lynn Chapman.

We have known Frank since we moved into the neighborhood in 1977. As much as we will miss him, I am happy with the knowledge that he and his beloved Barbara are together. They were the kind of neighbors everyone wishes for. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I am sorry for your loss. May the assurance that God cares give you the strength you need to live each day without your loved one. At 2 Kings 20:5, in part, God says "I have heard your prayers, I have seen your tears."

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. The members of our CopNET family would like to thank Francis E. Agnew for his dedication and service to the citizens of Philadelphia. The passing of Frank will be broadcast to our 3,423 members shortly and we would like to extend our sincere condolences to his family. His absence from our ranks will be deeply missed by the remaining members of Philadelphia's Finest who were fortunate to have served with him during his police career. He will continue in our thoughts and prayers during our remaining days. "Until we meet again, may God Hold you in the palm of his hand. " . . .
Semper Fidelis.
