I am so sorry to hear of this. I had no idea he was even sick. I met Harvey at a long term care conference in 1999. He was a rare bird - an honorable insurance agent! R.I.P. my friend. I know you weren't ready to go.

We never met Harvey but for certain you have left behind the most beautiful daughter in your Shara. She reigns as one of my daughter's most heatfelt longtime friends, who lights up a room with her presence. I am thinking that you had a role in shaping this wonderful woman. I know you will be missed. Laura Tayloe

Shanta and i were mostly the culprits ,when we were students, who whisked Harv away after his long summer hours of work at The Beacon….his parent's cheese steak house and soft serve ice cream stand on Rte 130 near Yardville. The two primary destinations were either a round of miniature golf , then riding “The Circuit” in Trenton with pizza at Maruca's afterwards or quite often off to Asbury Park for a live concert.. And lets not forget the famous party he had at his parents house in Roosevelt where the band played on the roof !

Later in life he became a Beacon of light himself for those he helped with his love, humor and honesty.
