John and I were good friends, who have not seen each other for too many years, for some reason in the fall of 2017, a little voice in my head kept telling me to reach out to him, I tried looking him up on Facebook & could not find him. I found an old phone number and there was no answer. Today I saw the bad news when on the internet. I am so sorry for your loss, and for not getting in touch sooner. John was a good friend and a man I respected very much. He had a good heart and did not know hatred or anger, he loved life, God, Family, & Friends. He was so proud of the discovery of his son, and his family. I only wish I could be as good of a man as he was. If anyone from his family can please call me, I would really appreciate it. Ron Ferrara 610-241-8339 God Speed John you will truly be missed by many and thought of often by even more.

My family grew up on Lehigh Ave when John was in grade school. My brother Jim McEntee was same age and was best friend with John. At the time John an was only child. I remember his parents well & that his father was on police force. I am so sorry for your loss
My brother Jim died 7 years ago.
