What an awful loss. Proud to be one of the few who were given 'permission' to call her Chef Meg! Also, one of the most talented sugar sculptors I've had the pleasure of meeting.

I am sad to hear this. Meg, or as I know her, Chef Meg, was my instructor at the Restaurant School. She taught me so much and I looked forward to her classes and instruction. My thoughts to her family and friends. She was so young.. does anyone know how she passed?

Meg was our sales rep at the Bartley Corporation. She was incredibly hard working, knowledgeable and a true asset to her company. Her smile brightened our office during her frequent visits, and she was always so kind and very helpful. She will be greatly missed, and we think of you all and send our deepest sympathy during this unimaginably difficult and sad time.
Sincerely,
David Bastian

We had a nun in school that taught us to look beyond ourselves. She would remind us that we were one student body, one class; that we were individuals but part of a whole. Now a part is missing, and we certainly feel it. Rest easy, Meg. You are loved.

I had the honor of meeting and assisting Meg as she walked through the doors of The Restaurant School. She was strong, determined and passionate about what she wanted. I watched her grow as a talented student into a well respected and talented educator and role model for many students. I feel fortunate to have known her and to have been a small part of her journey that ended way too soon. My deepest condolences to you. You will all remain in my prayers. Rest Easy Chef Meg...
