Sympathy and condolences from the faculty and staff at Widener University, where Rick earned his doctorate in physical therapy. Rick always challenged and provoked his colleagues to think out of the box. His passion for the profession will be missed by all who had the opportunity to engage with him.

Robin Dole - Associate Dean and Program Director, Institute for Physical Therapy Education - Widener University

Margie;
I was shocked to read of Rick's passing from our professional association journal. I am pleased to have known and worked with Rick these many years (23); I am a better person for our professional association. It was Rick who provided the comic relief as well as the most provocative statments at Widener. I will miss him.

I just heard today that Rick has passed away. Shock and sadness filled me with the news. The world was a better place with Rick in it. I'm sure heaven will be also. He will probably give the Lord a run for his money. No one was funnier or kinder than Rick. Ten years working at Rick's Company (it had many names) CTC, Rehabco, Workhab and so on was the most enjoyable time working anywhere for me and I might add for alot of other people too! Rick touched so many people's lives. All Rick had to do was smile and you did whatever he asked no matter how hard it was. He had such a way about him. My sympathies go to his family. They will surely miss him. I will think of Rick with laughter often. I'm sure he would appreciate that. What a go getter! We could all learn from Him. I will miss him dearly.
