Rzepczynski family,
Sorry that my family and I were unable to be at the services for your dad / Dziadzi. Although recently Wally wasn't in he best of health it is still hard for me to believe that he is no longer here. In many ways he seemed more like a friend to me than just the dad of my friend. Whether it was going to North games or the Communion breakfast, it was nice having him there to talk to and joke around with. I will especially miss the way he would (frequently) joke around and get Jeff rather aggravated. Thinking back, there were many good times that I recall ...going to Ocean City, MD for Polka Motion by the Ocean. (To this day, every mid September I still feel like I should be by the waters of Big Assawoman Bay) ...driving (illegally) on the beach in Brigantine (I'm shocked that we weren't caught by the ever vigilant Brigantine police force.) Recently while in Florida I had a flashback to that time in Brigantine. As I was driving on 95 I saw a sign for the Daytona Speedway. Although I originally had no plans of stopping in Daytona Beach I thought going there would be sort of a tribute to Wally (being the NASCAR fan that he is). I saw a road leading to the beach and drove on. It was the first time that I was driving on a beach since that time in Brigantine about 30 years ago.
You guys are in my thoughts and I hope and pray that you will always continue to find comfort in the many warm memories of your dad.

Jeff, Jen and family,
We are sorry for your loss. Wally was a wonderful person, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be missed, but will be reunited with his wife who he truly loved. We will be remembering you all in our prayers. Sorry we could not be there.
