So many memories and stories to tell, about our friend Bill, over the past 45 years. On a trip to Scotland and France, Bill kept pushing the airline to get us upgraded to first class. Bill, you are now in First Class and have left the rest of us back here in coach. Please save us a seat!

Bill and I shared a information packed day with a classroom real estate presentation to the young men at LaSalle High's career day. I gave insightful information from the perceptive of being a Remax residential Realtor. I vividly remember Bill giving an abundance of real life experiences of many of his successful development projects.
It was a genuine honor to spend the day listening to how his mind operated with regard to leverage, interest, added value, buy and hold,etc....As a former AAA parent, I can say Bill's spirited presence will be missed by all.
The world lost a giant of a personality.
May Bill rest in piece,
