You and Shannon just had your birthdays. I'll always remember.

It has been over 2 weeks since Rita called me with the sad news. I am still so sad and just down over your passing. I remember all the wonderful times we . had when we would come to Va. or when your folks came to Texas. Me. you. and Donnie would run the hills on out land and have so much fun. Your devil may care spirit and that boyish grin said it all. You will be greatly missed in the coming get togethers for the Scott clan but we will talk of you fondly and keep your memory alive as I do for my brother Donnie. I love you Rick and will miss you. But I know that you are free from pain and you are alright. RIP my beloved cousin I shall join you and all the Scott clan gone ahead of me.

Dear Scott Family ,and friends, I will always remember growing up with Ricky in Edgewood Park, playing baseball, playing football, riding bikes, building tree forts ,and hanging out around the Scott yard , and the Edgewood Park gang. I was always happy to run into Ricky at Joy Garden and always talked about how everyone was doing. I am very sad to here about Ricky's passing and pray that God will take care of Ricky and all of the Scott family

He was such a wonderful friend! I will miss him greatly! There are so many great memories we shared! The one that stands out the most is the first time we meet, he was in the office at Alliance, his first day coming to a new school, he looked so nervious so I took him with me and introduced him to all my friends and from that point on we were a pain in the butt to all the staff like the 2 stooges!! I love you Ricky and will think of you often!!!
