I worked for the Lender brothers back in the early 80's. Never met Sam, however Murray and Marvin were the best. Have never found the same working environment since. Prayers, love and thoughts to Murray's entire family. Carol, Oxford CT

Hi I send condolences to the family because he was as Leviticus 19:18 says that Love your fellow as yourself. And his giving habits must have surely stood out.

Rest in peace. I thank you for the bagels I just enjoyed, and have enjoyed for half a century!
