WINTER HAVEN - Mrs. Evelyn B. Humphrey, 95, passed away quietly in her home December 4, 2013, of Parkinson's disease.
Born in Sykesville, PA, she came to Winter Haven in 1955. She was a business education teacher at Winter Haven High School. She was a member of Beymer Memorial United Methodist Church, P.E.O., a Girl Scout leader, and leader in Airstream Caravans.
She is survived by her husband of 72 years, James Humphrey; daughters Patty Mueller & Peggy Beck; 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
Special music will be at 10 30 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 14th at Beymer Memorial United Methodist Church, 700 N. Lake Howard Dr., Winter Haven. Memorials can be made to the Chancel Choir at Beymer Memorial United Methodist Church.
