Dear Barbie, Larry and family,

Put was always so much fun to be with and we had many happy times together going to concerts and having dinner afterwards. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
With my love.

Barbie and Larry,
We surround you with love and have you in our prayers. Your dad was so special! We loved seeing him with you at Evensong. What a wonderful man!
Lots of love,

LaJuan and I were so sorry to learn of Put's passing. Put and Ann were a great couple and we loved being with them and playing bridge. Put always had a smile on his face and was upbeat no matter what. He will be sorely missed.

Put's easy manner and kind ways will be greatly missed. He and his wife, Ann, were part of a great group of friends who raised their families in
La Jolla area. My parents, Glenna
and Irvin Nestingen were part of that
group and I have fond memories of the
Dinner Parties that would be hosted at our house from time to time. As a youngster, I really enjoyed overhearing the laughter from the next room, often the result of one of Put's jokes. His easy manner made you feel
accepted as a young person and he always had a bit of a twinkle in his eye. He accepted my stepfather Don Hazleton as circumstances changed and the fun carried on as other dear friends of Glenna's were brought into the group. He will be missed as an easy going and kind friend of the family RIP

Put was always so supportive to me during my time at St. James. Always a smile and an invitation for breakfast. Larry, please let me know of any memorial service, I would like to attend if possible.
Blessings,
Valerie Goodpaster
