Frank Downing Obituary

Frank Allen Downing passed away at his home in Danville, Georgia, on Friday, Aug. 10, 2018.

He was born in Tampa, Florida on Oct. 6, 1945 to Clarence "Lee" Downing and Dorothy Lopez.

He was a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He was known to many and loved by all.

Survivors include his wife, Sarah; son, Wayne (Marlene); daughters, Tina (Robb), Frankie and Mindy; grandsons, Craig, David, Ray, Cody, Darren, Aaron and Kyle; granddaughters, Carlie and Maddy; and sisters, Dorothy, Claudia and Gerry. He is also survived by the mother of his daughters, Betty and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Robert and Joseph; and sisters, Alberta & Reba.

Services will be held in Englewood, Florida at a later date.
