Jim was one of the fairest and finest men I ever met in the contruction industry. When I was just starting out as an electrical project manager, I was involved in several jobs that Jim was also invloved with. There were many times during these jobs that Jim would take me aside after a job meeting and tell me how to get things done that would allow our electrical work to be completed and not interfer with other trades' work. He was a true gentleman and always treated me with respect and his help was always available even though we were in different trades. The world has lost a great man.

To Jan and the Family.
Our hearts are sad with the passing of Jim. His kindness was so appreciated and will be deeply missed. My kids, grandkids and great grandkids always enjoyed seeing the horses and the sheep.
Jim will be remembered in our prayers.

On behalf of the Susor Family I wish to extend our deepest sympathy to the entire Sheahan Family your loss cannot be measured. The width and breadth of Big Jim's personality transcended all boundaries. He lived his life with style and grace commanding the respect of all around him. I have had the distinct pleasure of working with him on many jobs as well as around the farm and I can truly say that Northwest Ohio has lost an Icon. The business world has lost an honest and fair construction professional; Jerusalem Twp. has lost a stable voice of reason; words cannot express the loss to the Sheahan family, and I have surely lost a friend and mentor.

Tom, Sandy and the entire TAS family have you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.
